To advocate for and to support the efforts of volunteer parents in Montgomery County, Maryland who coordinate alcohol-free and drug-free Post-Prom and Post-Graduation events.

Montgomery County Project Prom/Graduation is an approved charitable organization. Your financial support will help to pay for numerous needs - food, prizes, DJs costs, and entertainment activities, to help run these alternative events for our 36 school communities.

Fund Raising Letter

The Coordinators are asked to assist with finding funds for MCPP/G.  Use this letter along with a note addressed to your target audience to contact a minimum of two companies.

Membership Dues

Due: Wednesday, October 31, 2012

$30 check for dues must be included with form

The monies and form can be submitted at our first meeting or mailed to the above address.

Late payment of membership dues will result in a deduction of $25 per month from any allotment of collected donations distributed during the June meeting.

It has come to our attention that Entertainment Connection, Inc. (ECI) does not have the proper insurance for the state of Maryland. We wanted to make each school aware that it is important for your vendors to have the proper insurances to cover any incidents that might arise during your event.
